fmio - console radiocard control

Sergey Zhemchugov has made rpms for fmio.

As of version 1.2.0 fmio has X frontend called wmfmio. wmfmio is based upon wmtune by Soren.
Hans van den Boogert wrote another frontend for fmio -- pTkradio. It's a Perl/Tk script.
